I’ve prepared a one-day juice detox for you. Freshly squeezed vegetable and fruit-vegetable juices. You can choose and tailor it to your body’s needs.
Why should you try it?
Just like you enjoy and need to rest, so does your body. Give it a chance. Give it time to regenerate while providing plenty of vitamins and minerals. I believe that with these 5 juices, you’ll “consume” more nutrients in a day than you normally do. In general, I recommend doing this detox twice a week (preferably on Tuesdays and Thursdays). Two consecutive days can be challenging—even for those who regularly practice fasting. Monday is typically a tough day after the weekend, and you need to enter the new week energetically 🙂 As for Friday or the weekend, we usually spend time with our families, cooking together and enjoying moments together. Therefore, the best days for a detox are Tuesday and Thursday.

Before starting the one-day detox, remember…
- You have a juicer or a juice press
- You are healthy and have no contraindications—in other cases, consult with your doctor
- Throughout the day, drink only 5 freshly squeezed juices
- Additionally, drink still water (at least 4 glasses)
- Do not drink coffee/black tea
- You may have 1 cup of herbal tea, such as chamomile or lemon balm
- You can replace one juice with a warm soup, such as clear beet soup
- Pregnant women can supplement their diet with juices but should avoid complete fasting
- The day after the detox, eat only light, easily digestible meals, such as:
- Breakfast – millet porridge or smoothie bowl – find recipes on my blog >>
- Lunch – light soup (without cream)
